TAX SERVICES
We serve all types of taxpayers. Individuals, Partnerships, Corporations (both S & C Corporations), Limited Liability Companies (LLC's), Trusts, & Gift Taxes. Taxpayers can schedule an appointment and have taxes completed by the time you leave our office, or taxpayers can drop off tax information at their convenience without an appointment.

All of our returns are electronically filed unless special circumstances prohibit it. Having a refund directly deposited is an option as well as electronic funds transferred for any payment.

Our tax services are available five days a week all year long for tax preparations, planning, and correspondence.

PAYROLL PREPARATION
We offer payroll services for any size client. We will prepare payroll checks for clients with as few as one or as many as 100 or more employees Services include weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly, or monthly payroll.

All monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll tax reports are included in our monthly fee. This monthly fee also includes any specialty employer reporting forms. We prepare year end W2 and W3 forms. We supply your checks and envelopes. No need to buy expensive payroll checks.

ACCOUNTING
We offer full service accounting including monthly, quarterly, or annual financial statements. For clients who choose to prepare their own payroll, we offer monthly and quarterly payroll tax reporting.

At year-end, we file all annual payroll tax forms including W2's,1099's, and state and federal reconciliations. Monthly, quarterly, or annual sales tax reporting services including year-end reconciliation. We handle all the unexpected paperwork required to keep you in business. For example, insurance audits, personal property tax statements, census reports, union audits, etc..

IRS REPRESENTATION
Our commitment to our clients does not end after tax preparation. We encourage all of our clients to bring in any correspondence they receive from the IRS rather than deal with it themselves.We are adept at dealing with the IRS and will help you straighten out any and all tax issues. We stand behind our clients should they ever be audited. We can represent you and your presence may not even be necessary.

INCORPORATION & LLC SERVICES
We provide the information you need to decide if incorporation is right for your business and what type of corporation is right for you.We file all necessary state and federal forms.

We prepare your corporate book with all bylaws, minutes, and stock certificates.We will update your minutes annually as required by law and record any changes to your corporation as it becomes necessary. We will also file all papers necessary to dissolve your corporation should you decide to do so.
